Sales and Marketing Associate

Pictron is looking for a motivated, high-energy Sales and Marketing professional to join our team. The Sales Associate responsibilities include:

• Locating and qualifying sales opportunities in the Broadcast, Education, Corporate, and Government markets for video streaming and media asset management products.

• Performing introductory online sales presentations and webcasting.

• Verbal and written communications with customers during the sales cycle including sales quotation, system configuration, requirement analysis, and post-sale training.

Sales Engineer

Pictron is looking for an experienced Sale Engineer for pre-sale product demonstration and post-sale support, product training, and customization. The Sales Engineer responsibilities include:

• Provide product demonstration at tradeshows, customer site, and through online webcasting.

• Provide assistance to customers with product configuration, sales quotation, and product evaluation.

• Provide product installation and system configuration in customer IT environment.

• Provide first and second level support to customers for post-installation issues including initial problem assessment, diagnosis, and resolution.

• Detailed documentation of customer issues.

• Communicate and escalate key issues to management.

• Work with Sales team and Operations to ensure seamless and complete customer support.

• Technical product training for key customer accounts.
