and user-defined objects from video streams in real-time. The Face Recognition and Video OCR (on-screen title text) modules are
the first in a set, available from Pictron and its partners. Using
Pictron's proprietary visual recognition technology, Image Gateway
converts unstructured videos into searchable knowledge, allowing users
to search images or videos based on visual similarities, specific
persons, or objects. With Pictron Image Gateway, the painstaking manual
